What’s a goal you’ve walked away from that you want back?
If you find yourself getting stuck, think about what you used to love to do that you don’t do any longer, & see how/if it fits into your life now in any capacity. Erin, the author of this post, doesn’t have to go back to 16 hours a week at the ballet barre, but maybe she wants to find a 90 minute class once a week that allows her to piroutte to her heart’s content.
