Keep in mind that, while the services listed below are standard, I'd be happy to create a custom-made package that works for your needs. Once you sign up for the 30-min trial session (you did sign up for that, didn't you? If not, then Contact Me for Peter's sake!) we can figure out if we need to color outside the lines.

ONE ON ONE SESSIONS: 12 sessions minimum @ 45 minutes/session. We can speak weekly for 3 months, biweekly for 6 months, or 3 times a month for 4 months. Your choice!

GROUP SESSIONS: 12 sessions minimum @ 60 minutes/session. Please note that, as no group sessions are currently being conducted, you'll have to come to me with 1-3 others who share similar goals and/or challenges. These sessions will be held on a weekly basis for 3 months.

GROUP WORKSHOPS: 8 sessions @ 75 minutes/session. Coming soon, so grab your hat and hold onto it!

GROUP SEMINARS: Another coming soon. I can't do everything at once, people. I learned that from my life coach!

DOWN TO BUSINESS SESSION: This is ONLY for those clients that have completed a minimum of 12 sessions with me. This package includes 1 intake form to be filled out by the client; a 60 minute call; 1 personalized Power Tools pack with development exercises, a recommended book list, 1 book, and a special gift.

EMAIL SESSION: For the client I've worked with a minimum of 12 sessions, and who doesn't have time to get on the phone! This package includes 1 intake form to be filled out by the client; 6 back-and-forth "conversations"; 1 personalized Power Tools pack with development exercises, a recommended book list, and a special gift.
